SJR is now looking for an independent Economic Assistant with a focus on invoicing for various patient categories for our client, a well-known hospital in central Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment starting in early September, initially lasting six months, with good opportunities for extension or conversion to employment with the client. The role is full-time and offers a flexible hybrid setup where you can work from home two days a week.

About the Role

As an Economic Assistant, you are responsible for invoicing related to various patient categories. The work is carried out according to clear routines and established working methods and also includes ongoing contact with both Region Stockholm and patients. The role is suitable for you who thrive in an administrative position where you can combine structure and precision with service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing for various patient categories
• Handling of accounts receivable
• Contact with Region Stockholm
• Direct contact with patients regarding financial matters
• Ensuring correct handling according to current routines and processes

Suitable Background

We are looking for you who have experience working with accounts receivable and feel confident in economic administrative tasks. Previous experience with invoicing within healthcare is meritorious. You have a good understanding of financial flows and are accustomed to working structured according to given guidelines. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Personal Qualities

You are meticulous and have an eye for detail, while also being service-oriented and enjoying contact with people. You are responsible, structured, and thrive working independently as well as in a team. Your communication skills enable you to meet both patients and external contacts in a professional manner.
